Development-stage terms
These terms are a product-development placeholder and require legal review before SalesGenLab is offered as a generally available commercial service.
Early access
Development and founding-access features may change, be unavailable, or require migration as the product architecture matures.
Authorized use
Users are responsible for using SalesGenLab lawfully, protecting account credentials, obtaining required rights to business data they upload, and configuring AI providers and permissions appropriately.
AI-assisted output
AI output may contain errors. Grounded citations and approval controls reduce risk but do not replace appropriate human review for financial, legal, regulated or otherwise consequential decisions.
Third-party services
External AI providers, cloud infrastructure and future integrations are subject to their own terms, availability and billing arrangements.
Prohibited activity
SalesGenLab must not be used to compromise systems, violate privacy, impersonate others, conduct unlawful outreach, bypass third-party platform rules or automate prohibited activities.
Commercial terms
Final subscription, support, service-level, liability, intellectual-property and termination terms will be established before general availability.
