This development-stage notice explains the current SalesGenLab product direction and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before a public commercial launch.
Information we process
SalesGenLab may process account and organization details, business profile information, customer and sales records entered by workspace users, knowledge sources deliberately uploaded by users, workspace questions and responses, technical logs, usage records and contact-form submissions.
How information is used
Information is used to provide workspace functionality, ground Business Brain answers, operate SalesGenLab Intelligence, secure the service, enforce subscription capacity, improve reliability and respond to enquiries.
Private intelligence infrastructure
SalesGenLab manages the technical infrastructure used to provide intelligent features. Customer users do not need to provide or manage separate infrastructure credentials. Data required to perform an intelligent operation may be processed server-side by approved service infrastructure under SalesGenLab controls.
Security
SalesGenLab is designed to keep infrastructure secrets server-side, isolate organization data, use role-based authorization, separate platform administration from customer workspaces and support private managed cloud services in production.
Retention and rights
Production retention schedules, deletion workflows, data-subject request processes and jurisdiction-specific disclosures will be finalized before public launch.
